A Stage for the Future held its inaugural festival on 17–18 October 2026 at Limassol Municipal Garden, Cyprus: two days of children's art, cultural performances, workshops and shared meals, organised by the Cypriots–Chinese Women & Children Association (CWCA).
More than a festival
More Than a Festival.
Three things happened at once during those two days, and all three continue.
Children's creativity
More than 400 young artists contributed work to the archive. Children painted, built, performed and exhibited — many of them for the first time.
Cultural exchange
Cypriot and Chinese culture shared one stage, one garden and one audience, from lion dance and guzheng music to folk traditions from both sides of the story.
Community participation
Families, schools, volunteers, artists and local partners gave their time and their craft to bring the first edition to life.

Our charitable commitment
One hundred percent of the funds raised through the sale of children's paintings are dedicated to charitable giving.
This commitment applies specifically to the sale of children's paintings. It does not describe all festival revenue, and it is not a claim about funds already donated.

The funds raised through children's painting sales are being directed to three charitable foundations. Until the beneficiaries are confirmed, these places stay open rather than guessed at.
